We are open Monday to Thursday from 9 am till 6 pm, and on Friday from 9 am till 4 pm.

You have now received your CDCP card. Please present it during your consultation. It works like any other insurance policy: we send the claim directly to Sunlife, who calculate the amount you have to pay. However, there will always be a difference between the clinic's rates and the CDCP's, even if you are reimbursed 100%.
